I've stayed here a few times and like it. Some rooms are plain and have holes in things, but others are really nice, with couches and plenty of chairs. I was delighted by the furniture on my last visit. The freeway is close, and the nightlife is like nowhere else. In n out is nearby too.

When I need a motel room for the night, Simple Stay Suites is where I go. After I lost my wallet with my ID and all my other cards, I couldn't find anywhere else that would rent me a room, but they welcomed me. The people here are friendly and courteous, and I know I can count on having a good time. Great job, and thank you.

The room was simple but clean and comfortable, and the staff I spoke with were friendly and quick to help. The location isn't the best, but it worked for me. I had a great stay overall. It's a straightforward, budget-friendly motel that gives you what you'd expect for the price.

There's no way to get in touch with a room or guest here. It feels like going back to the 90s, passing notes and messages even though we live in 2025. The people working here are incompetent. They need better systems and staff who know what they're doing!

People complain in the other reviews, but you get what you pay for. The room was clean, the bed was big, and it's decent if all you need is somewhere to sleep while you explore the city. Not bad for the price, and there was no deposit.
