Extended Stay America Suites San Francisco San Carlos

They brought fresh bath towels and trash bags each day at no charge, and also supplied kitchen utensils. My room was spotless and even smelled nice. I loved staying here, and the service was great. It was my first visit to San Francisco, so I was especially happy to find a place like this. I’d stay again on my next trip.

I’ve been coming to San Carlos extended stay at least twice a month for the past three years. The rooms have stayed neat and clean, and the staff have been helpful. Special thanks to Kevin and Cecilia for always welcoming guests and looking after what they need. You’re doing a great job.

We arrived around midnight hoping to get a few hours of sleep before a morning flight from San Carlos airport. The lobby door was locked and no one was there, so we eventually had to call someone to let us in. Then the room had a constant, very loud noise, like someone showering right beside the bed. We couldn’t sleep at all and had to call the front desk to change rooms. Two hours wasted, and the whole thing was extremely frustrating. I don’t recommend it.

The room was okay, and check-in went smoothly with polite staff. We were put in a wheelchair-accessible room even though we didn’t need one. This is a very bare-bones hotel: shampoo is available only if you ask, there are no towels or paper towels in the kitchen, and there’s no coffee maker. The linens were clean, but cleaning needs attention. The shower chair had hair on it, and the toilet wasn’t clean either. Luckily, we didn’t need to use the chair.
