Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco

A welcome gift and a snack box timed perfectly for our trip down to Levi’s Stadium were thoughtful touches. Even with Super Bowl weekend crowds and traffic, reception, housekeeping, and maintenance were warm, capable, and kind throughout. Our room was comfortable and spotless, with great shower pressure. The food was delicious, and having access to Equinox, including its pool and quality fitness classes, was a real bonus. The whole team made a busy weekend feel easy and special. We’d happily return.

The concierge was so friendly and amazing, and the service was really good. The hotel’s in a perfect spot for touring the city, with good rooms and quite large bathrooms. Breakfast was perfect, though maybe too expensive, but it’s a five-star hotel. The restaurant was okay. They left a birthday cake in our room for my wife, such a thoughtful touch. Thanks, Four Seasons team, for the experience!

I was there for a business meeting, and the staff kindly arranged a private space like a mother’s room for me. One of them even offered me water with electrolytes while I used it so I could stay hydrated. I’m very grateful.

Alex from security was really sweet, even when I was dressed down. Customer service has always been good here, and during Super Bowl weekend he didn’t profile me, even though I was dressed like I was doing laundry. I was able to enjoy myself.
