Travel Inn And Suites

This is specifically about the customer service I got from Lupe. I was in town for an event the weekend of 5/31/25, with a last-minute reservation made through the travel agency ulifestyle collection. When I arrived, I was told the AC wasn’t working and the room and reservation weren’t available. The front desk lady passed the phone to Lupe, who quickly assured me my refund would be processed. She gave me her cell number so I could follow up on Monday, and when I did, the refund went smoothly. I’m impressed and satisfied, and I’ll consider staying again because of Lupe’s service. Thanks, Lupe!!!

I had a reservation, but when I arrived they said there was no room available. Really bad service, and the woman in the lobby was very rude.

The area felt unsafe, and the clerks were rude. In our upstairs room the door handle was broken, there were exposed pipes beside one bed, holes in the doors, stained chairs and sheets, dirty walls, and almost all the lights were missing bulbs. The bathroom light wouldn’t turn off. The upstairs room was dirty and beat up. In our second room downstairs, the faucet didn’t work. There were several stray cats fighting by the pool, which was closed for multiple violations, including an electrical hazard. The exterior stairs were uneven, with at least one set taped off. It may be cheap, but it’s not worth your money. Stay somewhere else and pay a little more.

The front desk staff were amazing and really helped us out during our family stay. The place felt safe and wonderful, and the rooms were clean, with fresh towels and comfortable sheets. My daughter even had her own bedroom in the suite. For such a reasonable price, I couldn’t ask for more. We had an amazing day, and I’m grateful for the great service.
