The people staying here were rude and inconsiderate, and noise from the upstairs guests kept me awake until 3 AM. The staff did their best to accommodate me, though, and were helpful and welcoming. My room was clean, reasonably spacious, with fresh linens and plenty of towels. There’s parking underneath the building. If loud city noise at night doesn’t bother you, this could be a good choice.

The room was extremely clean, thanks to the kind and sweet cleaning lady. But the street noise and every footstep upstairs come through. Be prepared to sleep in AirPods Pro with noise cancellation.

My best stay in SF so far. The third-floor room had a great view, and the location felt safe and close to everything I wanted. The room was very clean, with daily cleaning and generous amenities. Check-in and checkout were fast, the staff were chill, and the underground parking was cool. We paid less than places around us. I’d stay again, 100%.

A pleasant night in a clean, comfortable, secure room right in the center, and VERY affordable. It’s an older hotel but well maintained. My only complaint was the check-in clerk, who was curt and not courteous at all.

Fine for a night, with a simple check-in and a clean room. The location is very central, but the street noise was quite loud. We could hear everyone around us through the super-thin walls, and the bed creaked a lot.
