My Rosegarden Guest Rooms

After a 15 hour shift, I needed somewhere affordable near work where I could get some quiet and park without trouble. This place fit perfectly. Kathleen made it easy to get in, find my room, and sleep comfortably. The instructions were straightforward, and the healthy breakfast to go at 0630 was just right.

The breakfasts were yummy, and our room was comfortable with wonderful amenities. My RoseGarden B&B was a real surprise, a place to relax in the City by the Bay. It’s in the lovely, safe Sea Cliff neighborhood, near Muni and at the southern edge of the Presido. For a visit to San Francisco, it’s well worth considering. In many ways it beats the downtown and tourist hotels. When we get the chance to visit our favorite California city again, this will be our first choice.

The homemade breakfast was delicious, and the host made us feel at home. We booked My Rosegarden for a weekend away, and it was just what we wanted. The house has lots of character, and our room had a cozy charm you don’t get in chain hotels. A lovely spot for couples.

Kathleen was so helpful and accommodating, and every morning she laid out a lovely breakfast. She took my gluten-free needs into account, which meant a lot. Sometimes being gluten free leaves me feeling like I’m missing out, but that didn’t happen here. We had both the Green and Red Rooms, and slept really well in both. The Green Room was large, with a window seat, bathroom, and sitting area. The Red Room was smaller, but had seating and a poster bed, with its bathroom down the hall. Both were very comfortable. We came to visit Marilyn’s baby grandson, and I’m grateful for the help making family memories. The house is welcoming, and the family was lovely. We couldn’t find parking the first night, but they let us use the driveway. We left our keys downstairs, and they moved our car to a great spot, where it stayed for the rest of our visit. We got around on foot and with rides from family, and it worked out perfectly. The neighborhood is wonderful for walking, with easy access to beaches and spectacular views of the Golden Gate Bridge. There are deadbolts on the inside of the rooms. I felt comfortable leaving my belongings and souvenirs there while we were out because we locked the front door when leaving. I don’t travel with valuables I can’t carry on me.
