Omni San Francisco Hotel

The rooms were spacious and squeaky clean, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. After a really long day, I appreciated how quiet the hotel was and how well I could sleep in. I didn’t get to use the complimentary drink at the bar this time, but I’ll be back in town and will try it then. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. ;)

For our three days in San Francisco, we couldn’t have picked a better hotel. It was very clean, with plenty of food options nearby, and the location and front desk staff were both great. The street car stops close by, most things are within walking distance, and public transportation is nearby. You don’t need to rent a car unless you’re planning to explore outside the city. Looking forward to staying here again when we return.

I’m legally blind, and the staff treated me with so much respect and kindness. They helped without talking down to me, which was refreshing, and called me by name when they saw me in the lobby. They were also so excited for me when my partner proposed during our trip! The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located, and our room was clean and spacious. I can’t recommend the place and its staff enough. Definitely worth it.

Our first time at OMINI San Francisco was a really enjoyable stay. Rodrigo helped us check in, and the door staff, restaurant staff, and John at checkout all made us feel welcome. The hotel was well kept from the lobby through to my room, and I was very impressed. The location was great too, with easy access to good restaurants and public transportation around San Francisco. I’d definitely stay again.
