The location is the big draw here, and the price is low for it. The room was small but had decent furnishings, the beds were comfortable enough, and everything was really clean. The staff were super nice, too. I felt safe in the area and loved the energy around the hotel. There's so much nearby that I barely needed the room: dim sum for breakfast in Chinatown, espresso in Little Italy, a stop at City Lights Bookshop, then a bus to Fisherman's Wharf. I'd happily come back.

The staff were lovely, professional, and always ready to help, and the hotel made it easy to get around and see local attractions. The place was very clean and service was excellent. My single room felt cramped, especially if you were staying longer, and I was surprised there wasn't a coffee maker or espresso machine for the morning. Still, I'd recommend it for a shorter trip. A little more room and a few amenities would make the stay even better. 😊

I had a great stay and will definitely be back. The room was spotless and just right. Check-in was especially welcoming, and the gentleman helping me was polite and really helpful. I wish I could remember his name.

Whenever I come back to North Beach, like I did last weekend, I stay at the SW Hotel. I used to live there long ago, and this location couldn't be better. The reception staff are the best, the rooms are good, and the beds are comfortable. The garage downstairs is a great convenience. Their website says it's first come, first served, but there were only three cars in the basement garage during our visit. We'll definitely book the SW Hotel next time we're in North Beach. Thanks, guys!
