The location made getting around easy, and check-in was quick and straightforward. Our room was cozy, clean, and matched its description. The staff were friendly and willing to help, and the room and surrounding area felt comfortable and safe for kids. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. I’d recommend it to others.

The room was clean and okay, but at $400 a night it was way overpriced, especially with no breakfast. They advertise breakfast, but what you actually get is free juice and coffee. Calling that breakfast is misleading.

The bathroom was small but worked fine, and there was a fridge and microwave in the room. We had a great time here over spring break. The beds were comfortable, parking was easy, and we could see the top of the Golden Gate Bridge. The rooms felt updated and modern, and quite a few tourist spots were close by. I’d stay here again.

The photos make this place look a lot better than it is. Mold was spread across the shower and windows, and probably inside the walls too. After just one night it made me dizzy. The AC didn’t work, the TV kept struggling, and parking was bad. It was also loud all night, both from guests upstairs and the highway.

The noise outside went on all night, and the rooms were filthy and smelled of cigarettes. There was black mold in the bathroom too. Parking is ridiculously small, so don’t bring anything bigger than a Kia Soul. Awful experience.
