The room was clean, and they even had pastries waiting for us. I really liked the bathroom too. The couple at the front desk, who I think might be the owners, were so friendly and accommodating. They gave us snacks and tips for getting around the city. Price, location, and service were outstanding. 10/10, I'd recommend it and come back.

Parking was convenient, although $25 a day felt a bit pricey. We appreciated the free water and pastries, and the room was comfortable overall, even though the beds were softer than we like. It's a great spot within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the piers. Street noise was expected for the area.

Great location for heading out on adventures around SF. Check-in and checkout were quick, with no waiting, so I was back on the road fast. The staff were professional and friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. I had a wonderful stay.

The room was clean, and the location was both convenient and beautiful. The staff were really friendly, and I had a great time. The toilet hadn't been flushed, though, and the water gets extremely hot, so be careful.

The view was just a concrete walkway, so the room felt like a cave. It was loud, and everything looked worn and outdated, with carpet tacks sticking out. The desk chair had a broken wheel, and the office staff were a bit rude.
