The staff were friendly and really helpful, and the laundry on site was handy. You can pay for it through a mobile app with a credit card. These are condo style rooms with lots of space and parking right outside your room. I’d recommend the place if you want to be near SF without being too close.

I feel lucky to have had such a good experience with MARLENE at the front desk. I called with a serious concern about a big event coming up, and on a busy Friday she listened with real care, put me on hold to speak with her manager, then found a solution within minutes. She helped me stay with the Marriott brand at this wonderful location. I’m grateful she answered the phone. Now I have one less thing to worry about, and I can get ready to put my boat in the water without worrying it’ll sink. She was professional, kind, supportive and full of empathy. When people call staff, they may be juggling 47 things at once, and being treated with respect and concern makes all the difference. I don’t know the manager’s name, but I’m grateful to him too. In my 45 years of travel, there’s nothing like the Marriott brand. This stay feels like the first step toward making my goals real. Thank you, sweet Marlene. Choose Marriott, you won’t go wrong.

The room had a queen bed instead of the king I wanted, and there was no kettle for tea or luggage rack. The TV was small, maybe 40 inches, and the WiFi was very slow in the room. Cell service was also patchy with Verizon. Guests outside were laughing, partying and smoking loudly around midnight, so I called the front desk to ask for quiet. Breakfast was average and the coffee was okay. The kitchen staff should close the breakfast room door if they’re going to have loud, animated conversations. My request to check in early, at 1:30, was approved. There’s no elevator to the second floor. Luggage racks are available by request only.

We had a good stay otherwise. The room was quiet, check-in went smoothly, and breakfast was the usual hotel kind. But when our flight got moved up by an hour and a half, we rushed out with our daughter and stopped at the desk to ask for milk for our one-year-old before breakfast. We offered to pay. The young woman working there was rude and unprofessional, repeating that breakfast and the upstairs were closed. When I asked if anyone had a key, she said no. She could have simply apologized and explained they couldn’t help, but the way she treated us showed no hospitality and left a sour taste.
