Shoreline Park House

Walking dogs on the paved path was easy, and everyone we passed seemed happy and smiling. The park is clean and well kept, with grassy spots, picnic tables, and lush landscaping all around. Watching the ocean waves and the changing skyline along Santa Barbara's coastline was wonderful. Parking was easy in the off season, though I can imagine it gets packed in summer. A really enjoyable visit!

This well-kept ocean side Park has beautiful views, clean bathrooms, and wide walking trails where bikes aren't allowed. There's a pretty steep staircase down to the beach, but it's well worth taking around evening magic hour.

The ocean views are gorgeous, and there are steps leading down to the beach. It’s a lovely park to wander through, with spots for kids to play, dogs to enjoy, or just to sit and look out at the water. The binoculars don’t work, and parking is limited.

We came for the beach and ended up wanting to stay and relax. Check the tides before you go, since they matter, and there’s a huge stretch of sand in both directions. We turned right by the staircase, where dogs are said to be allowed off leash. The park is really well kept, with lots of grass, trees, and paths, including a very long path running from left to right. And the Pacific is right in front of you. It’s Santa Barbara, so it feels like a little extra effort is worth it. A stop here might bring your blood pressure way down.
