Hyatt Regency Santa Clara

The pool and hot tub were warm and clean, with a nice amount of space and plenty of seating. We had a stadium view, and the hotel is in a great location. The rooms and refrigerators are small, though the room had what you’d expect. It’s expensive, and it seems the central location is what you’re paying for.

Zobeida at the front desk was fantastic, and we appreciated the fruit plate and complimentary water given because of our hotel status. The atmosphere was great, the room was clean, and the pool and jacuzzi were well maintained. We also ate breakfast there, where Nadia was a wonderful, attentive server. The one downside was the queen bed, which felt smaller than those at other Hyatt Regency properties, and the mattress could be more comfortable. We’d definitely return.

As a Globalist, I felt the staff went above and beyond to look after my family and me. We got a suite upgrade with an amazing stadium view. Breakfast was wonderful, and there’s a great bar and a big hot tub. We really appreciated the hospitality and will be back soon.

The restaurant dinner was pretty good, and the prices there and at the bar were reasonable. The hotel itself is old, though its location works well if you’re attending an event at Levi stadium. The room remodel attempt didn’t come together: the bathroom sink was turned sideways because it was too deep front to back for the countertop, and there was long hair in the shower/tub. The room didn’t feel clean. I was there for a work event and wouldn’t stay unless the price made it worthwhile.
