Homewood Suites by Hilton Santa Fe-North

We booked this for the spacious two-bedroom suite, and it was a good fit for the price if you need that much room in Santa Fe. Both bedrooms were tidy, and the living room was a nice size. The room is on the older side, with some stains on the sofa, but overall it was acceptable. There was a little elevator noise since our room was right beside it, though it barely bothered us at bedtime. Breakfast was busy, which makes sense for a family-oriented hotel with suites. It’s about a 20 to 30 minute drive to the city center. The front desk staff were respectful and helpful.

We had a great breakfast, and the two-bedroom suite was nice overall. The rooms were spacious, and having a full-size refrigerator was great. The carpet is showing some wear.

The fluffy beds and pillows make you feel at home, and the prices won’t break the bank. Breakfast has everything you need, and there’s a great pool plus a jet bath tub that’s a real bonus when you need to relax. Everything is clean and organized, and we’ve never had an issue. The rooms are quiet, the hotel is close to town, and the amenities are great. The staff are so friendly and caring. Lidia and Robbie go above and beyond every evening, and they make us feel like family as soon as we walk in. We love coming here and all it has to offer.

From the welcome email through the follow-up after our stay, everything was handled seamlessly. The front desk team made check-in easy, our room was beautifully appointed and pristine, and room service arrived quickly with a smile. Breakfast had fresh, high-quality choices, and the parking lot was easy to access and felt secure. That consistent level of quality is what makes Hilton top notch.
