Pavilions Motel

I booked through Expedia, and this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The man on site was extremely rude. He didn’t give me a room key and told me to use the sliding doors. The room looked nothing like the pictures; the bathroom bulb was broken, the TV didn’t work, and the A.C. was broken. I didn’t feel safe at all. I contacted Expidia, but they weren’t any help. I lasted 20 minutes before leaving. The old man was angry when I canceled, and the second gentleman was rude about it. They gave me no refund. Please save your money.

I’ve never seen a hotel room this bad. There was black mold throughout, and the blankets looked like they hadn’t been washed in ages. The bed had stains from other people’s fun. We bought a blanket to put over it so we could lie down, but then saw roaches coming out of the TV, which didn’t work. We had to leave, and after that it felt like roaches were crawling all over us. I can’t believe this place is up to code. Worst hotel I’ve ever seen.

The staff were nice, and it’s good that the motel allows pets, but those were the only positives. The door wouldn’t lock or shut all the way. The sheets were heavily soiled, and when we asked for clean ones, we were told the sheet room was locked. Nothing had been washed or swept, there was bed bug residue on the curtains, the shower wouldn’t drain, and the sink didn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The motel seems to be getting better. For the low rate, my room was clean and I had no problems. I didn’t see any bugs or the other issues people mention here. The manager was a nice French man.
