They accused us of smoking in our room, which we absolutely didn't do. Staff said a sensor had detected smoke and first mentioned a possible $250 charge, then said they'd take only $100. They took that money without justification, and it felt like theft. I don't trust the staff's honesty or integrity. Save yourself the hassle and stay somewhere more reputable.

When I arrived, two homeless people were fighting outside, while the motel clerk stayed on the phone, laughing, twirling his hair, and playing footsies. I sat out in the rain for literally ten minutes waiting. That should've been enough to tell me to get my money back and leave, but I was exhausted. The room looked like mustard and smelled intensely like ketchup. Turning on the heater made the smell about ten times stronger. If you see this, maybe choose somewhere else. Otherwise, good luck in this condiment hell.

I was in town for work and didn't want the drive back and forth to SF, so I booked the least expensive hotel I could find with low expectations. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and had a mini fridge, microwave, iron, and ironing board. It's not a luxury place, but it was clean and comfortable. The friendly staff were the best part.

The employees were professional and friendly, and my room was clean. With lots of good shops and sights nearby, the location worked well. I felt safe and comfortable and had no problems. Thanks for hosting me and for the great service. I'd recommend staying here.
