Hotel E

I haven’t stayed at this wonderful hotel yet, so this is a review of the service. I had booked two rooms through Booking.Com for this weekend, but a small emergency meant I needed to cancel a day after the cancellation deadline. I called the hotel directly and was lucky to speak with Ingrid. She took care of it and handled my emergency with real compassion and care. We’re looking forward to returning to Santa Rosa and seeing the rest of E. The service is already top notch.

Hotel E was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’m a bit of a germ freak, and usually feel uncomfortable when signs of the previous guest are still around, but I didn’t have that feeling here. The building is charming, the location is excellent, and it was quiet inside at night, though I could hear some traffic through the closed windows. The staff were kind, helpful, and happy to chat. I’ll be back.

I only stayed one night, but it was a wonderful visit. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and great, and the location was central and convenient. The wine bar was lovely too. I’ll definitely come back for work or personal events. Thanks for a great time 😸

The rooms are converted offices, with lovely views of downtown and the park, and there are great places to eat within three blocks in every direction. My wife and I spent five weeks on the road, and this was easily our favorite hotel. The front desk team was amazing. It worked perfectly for both work and vacation.
