The rooms and shared areas were clean and orderly, and the homemade yogurt and granola were a great way to start the day. The coffee was good too. Steve and Artemis are excellent hosts. Steve clearly cares about his guests, from showing us the house and its many art projects to making sure we felt comfortable and knew what was going on. He also knows the area well and pointed out places to eat and quirky attractions we might have missed sticking to the usual tourist spots. Staying here would add a lot to a trip.

We spent three nights at my big art project and wished we'd had longer. I loved chatting with Steve and napping on the backyard swinging bed he calls the magic carpet. His homemade granola and yogurt at breakfast were so good that we've started making them at home as our favorite way to start the day. Steve was a great host and gave us lots of suggestions for places to go around the area. Highly recommend a stay at in Big Art Project 💟

My Big Art Project is full of fascinating art, and many of the pieces have stories behind them that are worth hearing. The koi pond was peaceful, the bed was comfortable, and it was wonderfully quiet. Artamust is a charmer, too. I enjoyed the room coffee and the delicious, filling granola. Steve was generous, attentive, and fun to talk with. A unique place, and I highly recommend it.

I always stay at my big art project when I'm in Santa Rosa. Steve and his dog ArtaMust make me feel welcome and safe every time. His homemade granola and yogurt are exceptional, but the coffee is my favorite part of the morning. I'm always curious to see what Steve has done since I last visited.

Steve was a perfect host and made my wife and me feel right at home at The My Big Art Project. We especially enjoyed the Koi pond, the Sisyphus coffee table, and all the interesting art Steve has created and collected. The place is ideally located, a short walk from downtown with easy access to Hwy 101. We're already looking forward to our next Santa Rosa trip and another stay at My Big Art Project.
