The check-in staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. That's where the good parts ended. There's no vending machine, so if you get hungry or thirsty after everything closes, you're out of luck. A bright green smoke detector light right above the bed shone through my eyelids. We arrived late, then got woken at 5 am by the upstairs ceiling creaking. After that, our neighbor either exercised or speed-walked around the room until 10 am, dragging a chair too, and we got no sleep. We asked for and received a late checkout, which we appreciated, but the noise kept going from 5 to 11. The insulation is clearly nonexistent, and even a fan app on my phone couldn't drown it out. The builders had a nice idea but executed it poorly. We also got a great view of a garage.

The lakefront setting was beautiful, quiet, and peaceful, which made for a really relaxing getaway. The staff were super friendly and welcoming from the minute we arrived, and the place was clean and well built. We also tried a slice of their lemon raspberry cake, and wow, it was delicious. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay and hope to return. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. My friend and I arrived late during a snowstorm, and luckily they responded to our request and booked us for one night. The heating fan seemed to be making a loud noise, so I called reception. An employee came with a handheld heater, which was very useful.

Andrea made our stay pleasant and gave us A + service when we were there for a wedding. We asked for two full beds and got them. The welcome chocolate in the room was sooo good, too.
10/10
As locals, we booked a room so our young daughter could use the pool. The room was nice, we had a blast swimming, and the new restaurant is amazing.
