The location is close to everything we wanted to see, and the rooms were clean and convenient. Breakfast was free and great, especially for the kids making their own waffles with Nutella. There’s an indoor pool, an outdoor deck by the pool, another by the breakfast area, plenty of parking, and an electric car charger. Check-in had one surprise: as IHG members, we’d never been asked to pay $50 a night for incidentals. The front desk manager said it was standard, but it seemed unnecessary and unreasonable, especially for a large family traveling on a budget. We spoke with the hotel manager, who resolved it quickly. I’d recommend the hotel.

The location made it easy to explore, with downtown, restaurants, grocery stores, and a mall all nearby. The manager was genuinely friendly and offered advice about local attractions, and every staff member we met was welcoming and helpful. The property felt fresh and modern, and was clean and well maintained. Breakfast had plenty of thoughtfully presented options. I didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean. I had a wonderful stay and can’t say enough good things about it.

Parking was easy, with spaces under and around the hotel, and the location put us close to everything without being so central that it was very loud. The gym was a good size with plenty of equipment, and there’s laundry in it for longer stays. The on-site market had a nice range of items, and the lobby balcony was a pleasant place to sit and relax. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. I’d absolutely stay here again on my next Savannah trip.

The bathroom was far too small for my walker, which made getting around difficult. I’m disabled and need the walker to move about. The employees took care of everything we asked for, and the front desk staff were kind, smiling, and ready to answer questions. The lobby and outdoor patios were kept very nice. We were there for a week during the off season, though the hotel was full at times, and the staff still kept things in good shape. Parking was no problem for us, though that may depend on the time of day. We’d come back to this Hilton brand.
