The kitchen had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the appliances were in excellent condition. The bathrooms were super clean, and the showers were very comfortable. The apartment itself was spacious, very clean, and in an excellent location. Check-in and check-out were easy, and I highly recommend this place. Thanks to The Grant staff for running things so well!

We got plenty of convenience from having restaurants, bars, and everything else we needed right downstairs. The apartment and its location were stunning, with lots of charm, and I'm glad we stayed and got to experience it. Sleep was difficult, though. Outside noise went on day and night, from drunk people on the street to very loud music and roaring cars. It's understandable that a historic building in the district has old insulation, but the noise was constant.

The Grant felt like home, with a clean, modern space, great amenities, and a safe, private feel. Its location was perfect for us: activities and restaurants were all accessible on foot. We can't wait to stay again and would recommend The Grant to anyone!

An amazing place for a vacation with my three adult daughters. There was tons of space, and the decor was amazing. Everything we could ask for was within walking distance. We even had a home-cooked breakfast before checkout. Thanks for a great vacation.

The place was spacious, comfortable, and really cool, with a central spot that put everything within walking distance. We stayed three midweek nights and heard hardly any street noise. Sound machines in both rooms added ambiance and were strong enough to limit any kind of aural disturbance, and one room is set away from the street. We expected it to be good, but it turned out to be GREAT.
