After four canceled flights, my mother and I managed to book this hotel at the last minute for three days. Destiny was so kind and professional, and made things easy for us while we felt stranded and stressed. Fairfield is lucky to have her.

We got the rest we needed after a long travel day, thanks to the peaceful hallway, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the price was reasonable. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, plus it's close to the I95 entrance and exit. The kids also enjoyed having a pool. I'd stay again.

The room smelled musty and had someone else's hair on the bed. In the bathroom, black mold had been painted over on the ceiling. The walls need repairs, the lights kept flickering, and breakfast didn't look appealing. The hotel is horribly maintained.

WOW, this was the response to my complaint: they apologized for the lack of hot water, weak water pressure, and shortage of soap, and said the issues had been sent to maintenance and housekeeping for review and correction. They also apologized that my room location request wasn't followed and that the room's condition fell short. They said management had been informed, that my feedback was taken seriously, and that they regretted the stay didn't meet my expectations, especially after my previous good experiences. They thanked me for my loyalty and signed off with “Best Regards.”
