The kitchenette is no use for cooking because there isn’t any cookware. The window also has no lock and can be slid wide open from outside the room. It sits right beside the entry door, and the blinds are too small to cover the window, so anyone can easily see in or out. The room door barely locks either: the lock barely catches the striker plate, there’s about a one-inch gap around the door, and the gap at the bottom is two inches or maybe more.

The manager and owner was so kind, friendly, and helpful, and really understood our circumstances while accommodating what we needed. The room looked just like the picture and had comfortable space for all of us. It’s within walking distance of the boardwalk, and I’d stay here again.

We won't be staying here, and I'm relieved we learned about this before arriving. I called ahead to tell the staff my service dog would be with me, though I wasn't required to give them notice. Two staff members called back and said I had to cancel because of their "no tolerance pet policy." My dog is a working service animal, not a pet. I believe this violates the Americans with Disabilities Act, and a fine over it could put the motel out of business. It's embarrassing. I have a voicemail as proof, and haven't decided whether to take legal action.

Parking passes are provided, the boardwalk is close, and there's a 7/11 nearby. Love it here, I'll be back soon. My room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed easy to get to. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and it felt clear they care about their guests. Had a great stay, and I'll definitely come back next time I'm in town.

The parking pass meant I didn't have to worry about my car overnight. For a weekend trip, this was just what I needed. The room was clean, smelled fresh, and had amenities. Staff were friendly and helped out with extra towels, trash bags, and anything else I needed.
