The location was perfect, within walking distance of Seattle Center, and the price was good for the area. My room was clean, a good size, and had a fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. It's not fancy, though there was a confusing mismatch: the front desk said there was no room service, but a room service menu was in the room.

The staff were especially friendly, and the room was clean, though the place could use paint. There weren't enough outlets for all my devices, and the TV didn't have premium channels. The shower got very hot, which I liked. The so-called breakfast buffet had no hot food, just a continental breakfast. Staying downtown here costs a little less than at the chain hotels, but think about the $20-per-night parking, going out for breakfast each morning, and having no shuttle. Those costs could bring you close to what you'd have spent anyway.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything besides the bed was really good. The mattress felt soggy, like you sank into it, so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with back problems. The hotel is right downtown, a short walk from Whole foods and Pikes Market place, and has the basic amenities plus a continental breakfast with lots to choose from.

The hotel was a convenient, reasonably priced base in central downtown Seattle. Fifth Avenue, the Space Needle, and Pike Place were all walkable, and the neighborhood felt reasonably safe at night. There was a construction site right beside the hotel, though, and it was a bit dirty. Inside, my room and bathroom were tidy and clean. There's a small TV with preset channels and a fairly well-hidden safe for valuables. The lobby has complimentary toiletries if you've forgotten yours. I didn't use the gym or business center, but both looked decent, if a little small. Breakfast was standard: make-your-own waffles and toast, cereal, pastries, and muffins. I had a great one-night stay and would recommend it.
