Sheraton Grand Seattle

The location was a real plus, with restaurants and movie theaters nearby and the Waterfront about a five-minute walk away. I stayed seven nights in Jan'26, and after a 24-hour journey, the early check-in was especially helpful. Service was prompt, the room was spacious, and the hotel has a couple of dining options plus a pub that gets lively on weekends. The in-room supplies were disappointing. There were no slippers, bathrobes, dental kit, or even proper glasses or cups. I had to ask for basic items, and for dinner they brought paper plates and plastic cutlery. That felt odd for a premium four-star hotel. It’s a decent hotel in a prime spot, but the amenities need improvement.

We felt like royalty, and the breakfast for guests with lounge access was delicious. The hotel is gorgeous, clean, and the service was great. We could easily walk to Pike Place Market. The shower leaked quite a bit through a big gap in the door, and the bed didn’t have a fitted sheet, so the bedding wouldn’t stay in place well. Those were the only odd things.

The Sheraton Club Lounge really added to my stay, with city views, breakfast, evening hors d’oeuvres, and refreshments available all day. It was a relaxing and convenient space. The hotel is right in downtown Seattle, so I could walk to shops, restaurants, and nearby attractions. My room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were professional throughout. It made for an easy, enjoyable visit, and I’d be glad to return on my next trip to Seattle.

The staff were great, and the bedding and towels were clean and soft. The rooms felt cozy, though the views were just okay. My phone was broken, and the shower flow was low, like it is in all hotels. Nearby food places seemed to close between 5 and 6 pm, and Ubers were extremely expensive.
