Room 11 had a wonderful deck looking over the courtyard, where we heard the birds singing as they came out of the winter months. The location is great for shops and restaurants, and we loved the honor system, the housekeeping team, and the nightly courtyard campfire. Shelly and Terri were terrific. Such a lovely place!
We've been coming back to Sedona every year for over six years, and this inn is a big part of why. The courtyard fire pit, comfy chairs, climbing plants, and flowers are lovely, and the lobby fireplace is surrounded by beautiful oil portraits collected from around the world. There's coffee, tea, juice, bottled water, and snacks available around the clock, plus lots of interesting displays and paintings. The rooms feel comfortable and charming, and the whole place is such a fascinating, welcoming historic landmark. We applaud Steve and Connie, as well as Shelly, Terri, and Laura at the front. They're extraordinary hosts. Tom and Bo Eaton from Cave Creek came with our family from Poland.
I really enjoyed staying here. The building is beautiful, and the unusual rooms made us feel relaxed and at home. Ours had an air jet tub beside the stone tile shower, two sinks, a desk, comfy couch, fireplace, and private patio. It was great to start the day with fresh coffee, and the food and drink area was well stocked for snacks on site or before a hike. The location is great too. We already have our eye on a couple of the other inviting rooms.
Room 6 was roomy and comfortable, and the courtyard was a lovely place to read or sit by the fire. The inn has charming decor and art throughout. We could easily walk to cafes, shops, and restaurants, and it was handy to have access to the resort next door for the gym and exercise classes. Fran was so thoughtful and caring, especially while helping us with our complicated booking. Can't wait to come back.
We booked a room at the last minute for New Year's Eve and were so glad we did. The property is gorgeous, cozy, artsy, and welcoming, and the complimentary snack bar was a sweet touch. S'mores by the outdoor fire made the night feel magical. Frances, if I have the name right, was so kind and attentive with my daughters. They loved their stay, and her kindness meant a lot to me. Tlaquepaque is right next door, and we walked to downtown Sedona in about 15 minutes. The nearby restaurants were fantastic: lunch at René and dinner at Oak Creek Grill were both delicious. We were really impressed and can't wait to return. I'll happily recommend this lovely Sedona spot to friends and family. Thank you for a stay I'll always remember, and for treating my precious girls so kindly ❤️ Ig: @fitginii
