The mattress was my main issue. It’s memory foam, and my partner and I, both average adults, sank in the middle so much that our heads and feet felt like they were left up in the air. If you need a firmer bed, you might want to look elsewhere. The location was awesome, traffic was light, and everything in the facilities worked. The rooms are quite small, though that was fine for us since we weren’t after a big hotel experience. Parking was fine, and there was some noise from bar traffic below. You’re in downtown Seward, so a bit of noise is to be expected.

A clean, warm room at a low price, with a restroom. Parking is limited, and there isn’t much else to offer. Still, it’s a good fit if you only need somewhere to sleep and shower.

Right in the middle of Seward, this was a great base for spending time out and about. The accommodation is basic, but it’s clean, accessible, and well kept. I wasn’t happy that I couldn’t reach staff to get the Wi-Fi details. I needed to check in with the people looking after my land back home. Apart from that, it was a great stay.

If you’re stuck for a place to stay, 4th Ave Lodging will do. Our room looked onto the alley, so we heard beer trucks delivering to the neighboring bars in the morning. The internet was also constantly spotty.

The room appeared clean, but that was about all I liked. The heater didn’t work, and they gave us a portable one with no temperature control. The taps were hard to shut off, and there wasn’t even a chair to sit in.
