The waffle was delicious, though the juice and coffee tasted really watered down. The room was very clean and comfortable, and both it and the parking lot felt safe.

The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows tiny, and the rooms ugly. Breakfast was basically absent, just a waffle maker. We had to ask for coffee at 8:40 because it was gone, and the host was surly about getting more. After three days we still hadn't had room service. When we went to the laundry room for towels, as instructed, we got yelled at and called back so they could count them. Staff were rude throughout, and one charged $80 to my card for incidentals without my consent. I'll dispute it. The only thing I can say in the hotel's favor is that it's near the freeway. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated with common courtesy.

They make you feel like an inconvenience instead of a paying guest. You get what you pay for, I guess, but there isn't even a little coffee pot in the room, something cheaper hotels manage to have. The office stops making coffee at 9 a.m., just as they put out cereal flakes and call it continental breakfast.

The front desk staff were courteous and very helpful, and the rooms were clean and spacious. It's a budget hotel, so you get what you pay for. For the money, I'd stay again anytime.
