The bed was hard, and the room smelled of cigarette smoke despite being marked non-smoking. There was about three inches of ice in the freezer, with mold, plus poop on the toilet and wall. The towels were dirty with what might have been makeup or blood. I ran the water for over 20 minutes, but it only got lukewarm. Conversations could be heard in the hallway, so don't have anything important to discuss. Staff apologized when I told them, then went right back to their phones. There was a pillow and blanket in the lobby by the breakfast area, as if someone had been sleeping there. Breakfast was one banana, three slices of bread, and cereal. I've stayed in many hotels, but this was easily the worst, especially for the price.

I paid $83 for a room and lasted only six hours before leaving. The beds were so bad that within an hour of trying to sleep my side hurt. The shower pressure was poor, and there was no hot water. Just a terrible place to stay. Don't come here. If I didn't have to give a star, it'd get zero.

I have a recorded call from the night before booking where I checked whether my wife's service dog was allowed. I explained that the dog had a vest and documentation and that she has a medical illness, and they said yes. The manager assaulted my wife and called the police because we had the service dog. There are two cameras outside room 107, one on the left and one on the right. The police had just left, and I'm heading to file my own report. The male manager yelled violently, got in her face, and pressed on her shoulder after she gave him the paperwork, which upset him.

I'm handicapped, and people had helped me move my things in, but I didn't even get to bring everything. They told me to leave and were calling the police. They say service dogs are welcome, but after I had too many people in my room, they made me find somewhere else for my dog. There's a big sign on the front door saying dogs are welcome. I won't be back tonight, and I'll bad-mouth this place every chance I get.

The place was disgusting when we walked in. There were flies everywhere, the carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days, and it smelled awful. The bed was stiff and the room hadn't been cleaned. There was a ball in the photos that made it obvious. The ceiling had mold, there were holes in the wall, and most outlets didn't work. The one that did sparked when we plugged something in. The Wi-Fi was terrible, so the TV took ages to connect. Breakfast was only two brands of stale cereal, not even the good ones. The doors didn't lock properly and the key cards didn't work, so anyone could walk in. The remote was disgusting, with sticky, dirty buttons, and there were sticky spots on the phone and other places. They said pictures outside weren't allowed, and I didn't get enough of the room.
