K2 was amazing and helped me without hesitation, big shoutout to her 🥳! This was my first time here, and I loved the location and the hotel's whole aesthetic. It's so beautiful inside, and I loved the room decor so much that I'll be rearranging my bedroom, lol. I'd definitely stay here whenever I'm in Shreveport.

The rooftop patio felt safe and inclusive both day and night, and we enjoyed staying here. It's a charming historic building, well preserved and modernized, and everything was very clean. The staff were great and accommodating. We'd definitely come back when we're passing through Shreveport.

The way this wedding was handled was chronically bare minimum from everyone in charge. I was a bridesmaid, and I'm speaking for the bride, groom, myself, and the rest of the bridal party. We had to organize and carry out basic tasks that should have been part of the booking. Staff communicated improperly with the bride, ignored messages and calls, and management was dishonest about what to expect and what had been promised. Rooms for the bridal party were booked incorrectly, and another wedding party was allowed to be extremely loud the night before our event. Staff spoke disrespectfully to the wedding party and showed no initiative to get things done on time. The couple overpaid because staff didn't confirm the final headcount. Facilities repeatedly didn't work, the open bar closed early, and the wedding music volume controls were faulty, along with many other problems. The last-minute stress on the eve of the wedding was awful. I feel so bad for my friend, who was excited to get married here. Since there's no wedding planner at this venue, I can't honestly recommend it to a bride hoping to enjoy her special day.
