Breakfast was good, especially the little waffle maker and fried egg, and checking out with Mark went great. We talked about my city, Charlotte, and he wanted to make sure we had a great time at Mardi Gras. He blessed us with a safe trip. Thanks, BW. From check-in onward, everything went smoothly. I was exhausted, and the woman working the second shift was awesome. Sorry I forgot your name. She brought me water since I was too tired to go to the store. When I ordered DoorDash, she called to ask if the driver needed to bring it up, and she gave me plastic utensils in case they forgot them.

I was really impressed by my first stay with this hotel group. The room was spotless, well looked after, and so quiet and peaceful. It was a relaxing place to come back to after a long day. The staff were welcoming, kind, and professional, and made everything easy. The fresh linens and comfortable bed showed how much care they put into things. I’ve lived in the U.S. for almost ten years, and I’ll definitely choose this group again when I travel. Highly recommend it for comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality.

We were there from Friday through Monday, and my husband and I both enjoyed the stay. The atmosphere was great, and the staff greeted us with smiles and asked about our trip. They wanted to be sure we’d enjoy ourselves, and we did.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed while traveling in severe cold weather, and the heat and hot water worked great. It was a good place to stay.

The rooms were clean, updated, and well maintained, and the staff made my three-week stay at the Best Western a fantastic experience. Ms. Mary was a jewel: knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She greeted me by name and went out of her way to keep me comfortable. Chelsa and the maintenance manager were quick to help and always positive. Yulisa and the other room attendant clearly cared about their work, paid close attention to details, and were eager to help. Thanks to all of you for making my stay so pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort and staff who truly care.
