I wouldn’t stay here again. I paid $650 for two nights, and the cleanliness and upkeep weren’t worth it. The gym was dusty, the water fountain and gym water were broken and still hadn’t been fixed after I told staff, and there was a clear oily film on the hot tub after my kid used it. I saw cleaning staff around while trash cans were full and things remained dirty, which made me wonder if management was making sure standards were maintained. The breakfast was fine and replenished, but the tables weren’t wiped. In my third-floor room, I could hear everything said in another room through the bathroom vent. The room itself was clean, but soft beds and very audible background noise meant I needed a sound machine to sleep.

Hampton Inn was one of three hotels we partnered with for our 4th Annual Fresh Fest, and they did a great job accommodating our group. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and they listened to what we asked for.

Our group keeps coming back, and we’re already looking forward to next year. This was my third year working with Jessica Mackey, the Director of Sales at Hampton Inn & Suites Mount Joy/Lancaster, and she made everything easy and stress-free again. She’s organized, quick to respond, and clearly cares about making the stay good for everyone. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and Jessica’s service means our group feels looked after from check-in through check-out. Thanks to Jessica and the team for another great stay!

The bed was comfortable, the room was great, and I was thrilled to find biscuits and gravy at breakfast. They were even better than the ones at Holiday Inn Express, where I used to stay just for that meal. I can’t wait to come back for them. A little cleaning on the couch and carpets would help, though, and the shower fixtures seemed to be floating inside the wall, which was concerning.

There are plenty of stores within walking distance, so it’s easy to shop or grab something to eat. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well organized, and the staff were welcoming and ready to help. Breakfast was fresh, satisfying, and had plenty of choices. I had a comfortable stay from beginning to end and would gladly return.
