Hilton Garden Inn Nashville/Smyrna

The kitchen team made this stay special. Marcia treated our hockey team like family each morning, keeping our water, coffee, and juice filled and chatting with us. The food was sensational: my wife had a healthy Greek yogurt bowl, I got a less healthy but far tastier chipotle aioli and aged cheddar sandwich on perfectly toasted artisan bread, and the three-egg omelet was something a Parisian chef would admire. It was the best hotel breakfast we’ve had, after far too many bad ones. Staff also opened the officially closed pool after our hockey games so the team could play, and brought us thirty plates for our pizzas on the last night, then cleaned them afterward. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, nothing special but nothing bad. The front desk was the weak point: the TV had no channels, my calls went unanswered, and I waited thirty minutes downstairs before anyone showed up, then got little help. When I asked for extra towels another time, the desk person said she’d need to ask the maintenance manager and didn’t seem optimistic. We never got them. We’d stay again, though the front desk service gives us pause.

I’ve been here for work, and it’s been a great stay with everyone making things easy. Jackie especially deserves a shoutout. She’s attentive, caring, and went out of her way when I had an issue to help me feel comfortable. She also keeps the lobby orderly and safe. I’m going to miss her!

Mrs. Jackie takes her job seriously and does her best to look after us. I’ve never left the front desk unsatisfied, and she makes sure every guest is taken care of.

The hot tub and pool were a great way to unwind after a long day, and the location worked well for our business trip, close to everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, Hilton Garden Inn in Nashville Smyrna felt clean, modern, welcoming, and well cared for. The stay was super comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for more and will be back when we’re in the area. Thanks to the whole team for the hospitality.
