Travel Inn

The parking listed for transportation at this location isn’t accurate or adequate. Service was terrible, the room and bed were dirty, and water was leaking in the bathroom.

The room and bathroom were poor, and the AC didn’t work well. Even at the lowest setting, the room stayed hot. There were open paint buckets on the sidewalk outside the room that we had to dodge. The building is very old, and it seems it hasn’t been cared for properly over the years. It was enough for one night because I was tired and needed rest, but I’ll look elsewhere next time.

Check-in Oct 08, checkout Oct 09. There was no soap or shampoo. The front desk said they were out and wouldn’t look for any. They also charged $3 for a credit card transaction. A friend checked into room 1xx and found dirty clothes and shoes left by the previous guest. The room hadn’t been cleaned. The customer service was horrible and the conditions unhygienic. I doubt the staff even wash their hands to save on the water bill.

The price is okay for what you get, but the people running the place were rude and didn’t try to understand. My husband was seeing his family for the first time in almost 20 years, and we asked if they could visit. The woman said they could stay for 30 minutes, which was fine. When they arrived, everyone was emotional and crying, and the staff started telling them to leave or they’d call the police. They also wouldn’t refund me for the extra hours I’d paid for. The woman then claimed she hadn’t said visitors were allowed. Never again.
