The hotel was clean and peaceful, just the sanctuary I needed to clear my mind. The staff were attentive and lovely, and check-in felt warm and welcoming. Nova really does live up to the idea of a “new beginning,” with a relaxing atmosphere that feels right for a fresh start. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back.

I've stayed at Hotel Nova a few times and always felt safe and comfortable. The rooms are spotless and have what you need, including a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. The staff are kind and welcoming, too. Finding somewhere in the Bay Area that's clean, safe, and affordable can feel almost impossible, since cheap often means compromising on everything. Here, the price is hard to beat. I'd gladly stay again and highly recommend it.

The service was phenomenal, and the place was very quiet. Rooms were clean, if dated, and breakfast was good without being anything special. The location is especially handy for rental car return and SFO long term parking, with Costco and Costco gas across the street. It's a quick, straight 10 minute walk to long term parking, where you can take the tram to the airport.

The mattresses are cheap and uncomfortable, with very little support. The rooms smell unpleasant, and air fresheners seem to be used to cover it up. This feels like a motel rather than a hotel. You might sleep better in the airport chairs.

We only had two days left, and the hotel manager was great about telling us some good places to visit. Everyone was so nice, especially the main guy who helped us. I loved him, and he deserves a raise. The location and beautiful room were great, and the staff were AMAZING. 10/10, would recommend.
