A Victory Hotel & Suites

Customer service at the 27500 northwestern highway location is the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. I’ve stayed at lots of places, including radison, other victory inns, and quality inn, and this place beats them by a long shot. I’m not too picky about rooms since I know how to make anywhere feel like home. If good customer service matters to you, I’d recommend this location.

Melissa is awesome. She’s professional and personable, and every time I check in she makes things easy and enjoyable. Just wanted to give her a shout-out. She deserves a raise for sure. Keep up the great work, Melissa!

There were no blankets, and the room was dirty. The urine, mold, and weed smell made it hard to breathe. I put my things down, left for my event, then came back, got my stuff, checked out, and drove through the night with a migraine from the odor and frustration. It was a five-hour drive. I’d trusted the photos and reviews through my Capital One benefits, even though I usually check reviews myself. They had a sign saying no refunds, and since I’d prepaid I couldn’t get one. This is a warning: stay away for your health.

The website said there were smoking rooms, but every room was non-smoking. This wasn’t even the hotel I’d picked online. In the room, there was one bath towel, no TV remote, and the TV only showed static. The ice machine was broken, the air didn’t work, and the tub felt like it might cave in through the floor. The girls said the pool was decent from what they could see.
