Watch out for roaches in the Hometown room, number 142. If you're booking one with a kitchenette, try to avoid it. I asked to move, and they told me at noon, but over two hours later the new room still wasn't ready because housekeeping was running behind. The elevators are always down, too. Service is poor, you have to ask for towels and clean linen four to seven times a day, and even then nobody shows up. Beware.

It was a really bad stay. The woman who helped us was rude, and the elevator stank of marijuana. The towels in the room were dirty, the toilet paper that was there had already been used, and there was no extra roll. The shampoo dispensers were empty too.

I left shortly after checking in because the room had roaches and the conditions were completely unacceptable. I also saw signs of illicit activity, including prostitution, and several people who seemed to be long-term residents rather than hotel guests. The place felt unsafe and unprofessional. I asked for a refund since I hadn't stayed, but the front desk representative, Aisha, seemed unprepared. She hesitated, gave unclear answers, and didn't process it. I've filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). As a member of the military, I hold myself and the businesses I deal with to a certain standard. It wasn't acceptable to be made to feel like I was the problem for refusing to lower mine. Save your time, money, and peace of mind by avoiding this place. It was an embarrassment to hospitality.

We stayed two nights on vacation, and it didn't feel safe. There was no soap, hair dryer, or anything else. It seemed more like a long-term rental, with weed smoke in the halls and domestic disputes going on in the rooms and hallways at all hours. After a long day on the second night, we realized we were out of toilet paper. We waited 15 minutes in a room full of people while the phones rang and rang. When someone finally came, she said they were out and sent us away. The elevator had also broken, and after wandering around and opening random doors, we found the stairs behind a door sealed with painters tape. I'll remember never to stay in one of these again.
