I came with a team, and we ended up having to move everyone to another hotel. In two separate rooms we found bed bugs, eggs, and feces. Other problems included stained beds and comforters, a hotel wide smell of weed and mildew, and showers that were moldy or didn’t work. I also don’t believe the website photos or most of the positive reviews are genuine, they look AI generated or heavily edited with AI. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. Thanks for not acknowledging a single thing I said in this review 💜 Hope this helps 😊💜

Our school cheer conference stay was awful. The rooms were filthy, the showers had mold, and we found bed bugs. We asked to change rooms and found more bugs in the next one. The whole place smelled like weed, and the service was terrible. There were three girls in our room, but we got just one washcloth and were charged for towels when we asked for more.

This place is a dump, with bed bugs, rude staff, and an owner who was nasty for no reason. They charge $10 for a clean towel. I paid for two nights in advance, then got kicked out because they said I had paid late, and I never got my money back. There were homeless people around the motel and people wandering about at night, which felt unsafe and creepy. Don’t waste your time or money here. Worst motel in spartanburg.

No clean towels ever showed up, and it didn’t look like anyone had even tried to clean the room. The TV only had pip and wouldn’t change channels. There’s no breakfast or coffee. I was here for work for a week, and having to get my key reprogrammed was ridiculous. Would I recommend it? A great big hell no.

The night cashier was really nice and helpful, and so was the guy at checkout. But the room had dirty bathrooms, stained or dirty towels, linens, pillows, and bedspread, plus carpets that looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed. There was one tiny garbage can. Breakfast had already closed by 9:15 even though checkout wasn’t until 11, and there were no signs saying when it ended. Not worth the money.
