Motel 6 Spokane, WA - West

There was dog feces all over outside, and inside the rooms were dirty and smelled awful. The roaches were everywhere, I'm not exaggerating. I don't even want to think about bed bugs. I usually hate leaving reviews this harsh, but this place was awful. Be careful.

Check-in was easy, and they gave us the room we asked for. But the hallways and room were dirty, the bedding was gross, and the blankets had stains and burn holes. People walked the halls all night, and the room smelled like cigarettes.

There were doors slamming and people yelling in the middle of the night, and no staff anywhere when we checked out, so we couldn't hand in our room cards. The place made me and the kids with us feel very unsafe. I don't recommend staying here. When we arrived for one night, more than ten people were outside the entrance smoking weed and cigarettes. Inside, the whole place reeked of weed and cat pee. Our room didn't look like the website photos, and the shower was messed up, with a curtain that wasn't hanging properly and looked ready to fall off.

We've stayed at Motel 6s all over the country while traveling with our two beautiful cats, and this was by far the sketchiest, foulest location we've ever been to. Disgusting and inexcusable. The TV didn't work, there was no Wi-Fi, fridge, or microwave, and there were holes in the wall and broken lights. They didn't tell us any of this until after we'd checked in and paid. The place was so filthy and shitty, even the bed bugs won't stay. Just noticed there are no comforters on our beds either. Can't make this up.
