Amber at reception was really nice and accommodating, and the room was absolutely gorgeous. Everyone was kind and helpful. The hotel is right by the airport, parking is easy, and you don’t hear planes taking off, though you can hear the neighbors. The annoying part of staying more than one day is having to use your ticket every time you enter or leave the lot. And if you drive anywhere, you have to loop around the whole airport to get back to the hotel. The bathroom fan is motion-controlled, with no way to switch it on or off yourself. It comes on when you’re in there, then you have to wait for it to stop after you leave. Breakfast is complimentary and satisfactory, with the essentials. The AC in the main lobby was blasting, so wear a coat if you don’t like the cold.

After a long day of flight delays and exhaustion, Ron was a breath of fresh air. He was so pleasant and made sure all my needs were met, then went beyond that. The room was clean, nice, and really spacious. The daybed has a trundle too, which seems like a great way for families to save. The location is obviously a big bonus, and the staff were always smiling. Two small suggestions: add hand soap in the bedroom bathrooms, and offer turkey or chicken sausage at breakfast.

For an early flight, this was clean, modern, and completely stress-free. The suites are huge, with separate sitting areas, so there’s plenty of room. There’s even dedicated oversized vehicle parking, which is rare at an airport hotel. It’s the most convenient airport hotel I’ve used. You can walk from the hotel across the street to the Terminal A/B baggage claim in about 3-5 minutes, much better than waiting for a shuttle.

Everything was clean and really nice on both of my stays, and the room layout and furnishings looked great. They gave me water at check-in, which I appreciated. For a hotel right by Spokane Airport, it’s perfect: the lobby is about a four-minute walk from the TSA checkpoint.

I was there to meet friends for drinks, not as a hotel guest, and Kelvis at the bar made the visit. Loved his energy, the camaraderie, and how he communicated. I’d definitely come back just to see him.
