Hampton Inn Springfield-Southeast

Breakfast had enough choices even for my very picky 7-year-old. The breakfast staff were so sweet, and the pool was warm, with a cute little fire pit outside. Kayla was lovely when we checked in, too. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. We love this place and will definitely be back.

We usually travel with our dog and baby, and this place always makes the trip easy and enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff are friendly and welcoming every time we stay. That’s what you want when you’re away from home.

My work stay got extended by another day, and this hotel has exceeded my expectations again. I really wish I could do something special for the employees. They’ve been accommodating, professional, and caring. Even though I’m here for work, this has been one of the best hotel stays of my life. If I return to Springfield, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Thank you so much! The rooms are nice, clean, and quiet, and Florence and Linda from breakfast were wonderful. They helped me with breakfast and wrapped it so I could take it to work, all with smiles. Rachel, the night auditor, was welcoming and supportive when I was worried after a personal accident. She helped and reassured me that I was safe and would be okay. I’m here for training over the holidays, and these women made me feel less alone. The hotel is great, but the customer service is top tier. I did have a bad interaction with Kayla at the front desk when I came back from work and my keys wouldn’t work. I asked her to reprogram the key card, but she ignored me and was rude. She hadn’t even spoken back to me before, which should have been a clue. The other employees were so good that I didn’t lower my review, but I will make a complaint about her. When my stay was extended, the front desk clerk was just as amazing and helpful as the rest.

Tommy gave great customer service, and Curtis always had my room looking clean and tidy when I got back. The whole staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was very good, and they kept the coffee hot throughout the day. This is one of the better Hampton Inns I’ve stayed at. Great team!
