It’s a nice, quiet place, though it’s a little over 30 minutes from Nashville, so plan on a drive if you’ll be spending most of your time there. The rooms seemed fairly new, and they were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, but I wasn’t a fan of the omelet, and the pork sausage was too oily for me. I was disappointed there was grits but no oatmeal. The waffle station was great, though. I made sure to get waffles every morning, lol.

The manager found my family a room after I messed up our reservation, and she was really good to us when the ice storm caused problems. The staff were awesome and breakfast was good too. The kids enjoyed it. Thanks, I highly recommend this place.

Mynon at the front desk gives my husband and me wonderful service whenever we stay at the Hampton Inn. Her customer care is extraordinary, and she also cooks the hotel’s exceptional breakfast each morning.

I left feeling disappointed and defeated. We told an associate the shower was backing up, but nobody came to the room to fix it, and there didn’t seem to be any urgency. When I brought it up again downstairs at checkout, they had recorded the issue as a backed-up toilet instead. No one apologized or offered any kind of reimbursement for the major inconvenience. Cleanliness, comfort, and friendliness matter to me when I book a room. I’m sorry to leave a poor review, but future guests and the staff should know about this. I won’t be supporting this hotel chain anymore.

The mattresses looked brand new, and the rooms seemed renovated. Most of all, the staff were amazing and so accommodating. They were incredibly attentive, and the stay felt like a warm southern hug, almost like being in a five-star hotel.
