We asked to cancel and get a refund after finding the room dirty and smelling strongly of smoke. The woman at the desk refused, then eventually offered to move us up to a “suite” after a lot of back and forth. She was rude and gave us attitude through the whole thing. That so-called suite was worse than a regular room at other hotels. The rooms here are tiny and unclean. Our first one was cold because the heater was broken, and the toilet had an issue they said was already noted. They should fix it before putting someone in the room. We asked for another room and got one after some attitude, but it hadn't been cleaned well either. If you want a cheaper, bigger room with a huge walk-in bathroom and shower, a comfy bed, and an oven, I recommend MainStay Suites down the road.

There are over a hundred visible stains on the carpets, the rooms feel damp and musty, and the hallways smell like urine. The AC units don't work properly, and the lack of maintenance is becoming obvious. This hotel used to be great, but it's been going downhill over the past year or so.

The woman who checked me in that morning was wonderful, but the housekeepers and evening front desk person were rude. It's not worth the money, and there are better options in town. I don't recommend it.

Our room was small, but it did what we needed. The TV had an issue and the tub was missing its plug, though staff fixed both quickly. Breakfast was really good. Keep an eye on the toaster: someone left their toast in too long and set off the fire alarm at 5:30 in the morning. It wasn't a pleasant way to wake up, but the staff apologized a lot. These things happen, and it wasn't their fault. I'd definitely stay again.

On an extremely cold night, this was a warm and safe place to take shelter. There was all the hot soup a person could eat.
