The bed was really comfortable, and the room was clean and spacious. It had the amenities you'd expect at a luxury place, including an iron, hair dryer, microwave, and refrigerator. The highway was convenient, and they offered a senior discount. You can also step right outside the room for a smoke. My only issue was someone rapping on our door to wake us an hour before checkout. I'd definitely stay again.

I paid the same for another hotel the night before, and there was no comparison. Here, the bed was in rough shape and creaked whenever I moved, so it was hard to sleep. The blanket was uncomfortable, with no alternative available. The sheets had stains and holes, and there were dead insects in the room. For what I paid, I expected decent bedding, and I honestly wondered whether it had been washed properly.

The staff were friendly, and I’ll most likely stay here again. The room was clean and pet-friendly. Breakfast was the real letdown: no eggs, not-great sausage gravy, and cranberry juice that was too strong. There was a good selection of breads, cream cheese, and cereal, though, and the coffee was good. An iron and coffeemaker were missing from the room. Free coffee was available in the lobby, but it was a long walk in the cold. I didn't ask for an iron, but assume they would have brought one.

It took three keys to get one that worked. The desk clerk came with us to try them because another couple had tried a door and found someone already in that room. The room we stayed in was filthy: dirt streaks were still on the towels, the floor hadn't been swept, and even the toilet was dirty. The bed seemed fine.
