Budget Inn

Our non-smoking room, #105, was comfortable and in good condition, with a bed and pillows we were pleased with. There wasn't a hint of smoke, and we had no bugs or other issues. Though the hotel is on the main road, the room was peaceful and very quiet, with no noise from other rooms. It's also convenient to the university. The property is older but comfortable, clean, and seems well kept. The staff were helpful and friendly. Great accommodations at an affordable price. We'll definitely stay again and recommend it.

The room was small, and despite being meant to be non-smoking, the sheets and everything else smelled like cigarettes. I was there over two weeks, but it was vacuumed only once and the sheets were changed only once. There were roaches and mice. Every time I turned on the A/C, the cover slid off, and the heater smelled like animal pee. The carpet really needs washing. If you stay long term, watch out: they started charging me a day early each time and even knocked late at night, knowing I get up very early for work. I made complaints and they were ignored. It's right beside a busy highway, so it's not somewhere to go if you want quiet.

It's dated, but comfortable. The staff are nice, and housekeeping does a great job. She's on top of things.

The place was really poorly maintained, and the front desk lady was extremely rude. People were sitting on my vehicle and grilling food. The rooms were infested with bugs. They charged me 100$ for one night and said I had to leave before 10pm that same day.
