Don’t stay here if you don’t want to get bitten. My whole body was covered in bites, and my skin was itching everywhere. The woman working the office saw the marks but told customer service I hadn’t been bitten and said they don’t have bed bugs. She also told me I didn’t get bitten there, even though I didn’t have those marks before coming to the room. She had a terrible attitude, the pregnant woman at the night front desk, and she lied to the second party I paid through. Because I booked that way, she couldn’t give me my money back. Stay away.

I booked one night here for $81, and they violated my privacy by calling my mom to tell her I was staying there. This happened while they were having me sign contracts. If privacy matters to you, I’d stay away from this place and other Super 8 hotels; I recommend American hotels instead. I hope God never forgives them. Now I have to find another hotel for my business. I’m warning people not to book here unless you’re a family of four. If you’re meeting your girlfriend and just want to cuddle, this isn’t the place. Stay away, gentlemen. Thanks for reading, and may God keep you all safe. Boycott this place as much as possible.

It wasn’t dirty, but the place feels so worn and dated that I felt uncomfortable. For what it cost, it really wasn’t worth it. They need to update it badly.

I’d just gotten out of the hospital with a leg injury, and they put me in an accessible room. The bed was lumpy, and I could feel every spring, which made my body hurt. They wouldn’t let my service dog stay alone in the room while I went for an MRI, so don’t expect to leave a dog there, even a service dog. They also tried to charge me a $100 deposit for the dog, which is illegal. Staff seemed to watch me constantly, and the AC unit looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. I really don’t recommend this place.
