The room was quiet, everything worked, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had great pressure. The hotel looks quite new. I took off a star for the staff attitude. The key sleeve said breakfast began at 6:30, while a sign in the breakfast area said 6:00. When I asked the receptionist on Thursday afternoon, she told me to go by what was on the paper with my key, then said she didn't know because she didn't work weekends. She finally said I could come down whenever I wanted. I told her the sign said 6:00, and a young man sitting beside her confirmed that was the start time. I thought her answers showed a lack of intelligence, and that she should get a job at McDonald's where she could collect a check. I've never seen hotel staff who couldn't smile. Everyone except the housekeeping staff getting off work looked glum and didn't engage with people warmly. Just saying.

I've been a career traveler for over 30 years and stay only at Hilton properties. It was nice to be back at a Home 2. The staff were kind across the board, and the front desk folks were fantastic. The hotel smelled better than any I've stayed in throughout my whole visit. The first shower was set to elephant mode and nearly took my ear off, LOL. Super clean, and a great area if you like seafood. I'll be back soon.

The rooms are spacious, the location is excellent, and the service was amazing. Nico at the front desk went out of his way to arrange an early check-in and was probably the friendliest front desk agent I've met in quite a while. Breakfast could be better, but it's hotel breakfast. You can't go wrong here, so don't hesitate to book.

The woman at the front desk, Margarita, was really pleasant. The place looks brand new and is super clean, with spacious rooms and a big kitchen area. There's a heated pool, a pool table, waffles, and a huge lobby with lots of seating. There are decent restaurants nearby, and Publix is right across the street.

Easy to get in and out of the lot, and the place feels secure and well lit. It's fairly new, with plenty of food and gas nearby. Breakfast is free, but could use some work: the bread and bagels were stale, and the eggs and sausage seemed preheated, I think. The coffee was good, and they had fruit and a yogurt machine, which was new to me.
