The room stayed at the temperature we set, since the thermostat didn’t shut itself off the way they do in some IHG hotels. Water pressure was good, and the water was hot. The rooms are modern and clean, the staff are friendly, and breakfast was typical IHG. This place has improved a lot since the renovation, and I’d stay here again if I’m in the Twin Ports area.

Traveling overnight with our one-year-old for the first time made me a little nervous, but the hotel made it easy. The front desk put us in a quieter spot without me even asking, and everyone was so kind and courteous. They went out of their way to greet us, gave my son a balloon, and let him play with some fun things from an event. The updated room was really nice and clean, as were the public spaces and pool. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast, which had lots of choices. My husband was here for an out-of-town work trip, and our couple of nights went really well. Thank you!

The breakfast was great, and the women at the counter were helpful. Our room was especially nice. The hot tub wasn’t very hot, but I’d absolutely stay here again.

We had a really good time here. Both the room and the pool and hot tub area were very clean.

We were there December 12-14,2025. After looking at three rooms, we chose the least dirty one, but still had to clean the toilet ourselves. We borrowed the vacuum to clean the floor so we’d feel okay in the room. The pool bathroom smelled like urine all weekend.
