The free breakfast had lots of choices and was really good, with a clean dining area and a quirky pancake maker I liked. Check-out was easy, and I’d have no problem staying again. The lot is large and free, WiFi and air conditioning are free, and there’s no pool at this location. It was marked wheelchair accessible. My husband and I stopped for one night on the way home from our anniversary trip, just needing a comfortable place to sleep. The patriotic decor and cozy living-room setup made it feel homey right away, and the night worker was polite and checked us in efficiently. The hotel could use some updating, but it worked for us. Our bed was comfortable, and the room had a closet with hangers, an iron and board, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Toiletries were provided in the bathroom. My only complaint was that there was no plug for the bathtub, though the shower worked. We were on the ground floor, so I’m not sure why that was an issue. Check-in: 3:00 PM. Check-out: 11:00 AM. After we were stranded by a winter storm that closed the highway in both directions for three hours, the staff’s dedication to keeping guests comfortable and safe was clear. This place is such a treasure! ❤️‍🔥

The linens were clean, the room smelled fresh, and the bathroom was clean. The continental breakfast was pretty good compared with others we’ve had, and I’d definitely stop again when passing through. It was a middle-of-the-road overnight stay and did what we needed. The AC unit was a little loud and crackled all night, making it hard to sleep. It definitely needs servicing. Some bathroom fixtures were rusty, and the place was slightly outdated.

The staff were accommodating, the room and bathroom were clean, and everything worked. Breakfast was good, with enough choices.
