The coffee station and instant oatmeal packets were all they offered as breakfast, which is a stretch for a hotel claiming breakfast is included. I also came back to find the shower curtain and toiletries gone. Housekeeping had put my personal things in a bag near my suitcase. I reported it to the desk and was promised a fix, but nothing changed. At check-in, the receptionist seemed confused by the system. After supposedly correcting my reservation, they sent me to a room that already had people in it. That was intimidating, and I felt uneasy about my privacy for the rest of the trip. Then at 1:00 AM on the first night, an emergency alarm sounded for nearly 30 minutes for no apparent reason because staff didn't know how to turn it off. I showed up at my office exhausted the next day. I stayed three nights, and the experience was poor from arrival through checkout. With no shower curtain, soap, or shampoo, the room assignment mistake, and the noise, it was deeply uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend it to business travelers or anyone who cares about privacy and basic service. It's not a good choice in the Tampa Airport area.

The airport location was convenient, especially for an early flight or layover, and parking was free and easy. The bed and sheets were acceptable, and the room layout had practical storage and counter space for a longer stay. The front desk staff were pleasant, patient, and helpful when I checked in, and they had a decent attitude when I asked for extra linens or local information. Cleanliness was the main problem. The kitchenette, meant to be a selling point, seemed neglected: food splatter was baked onto the microwave walls and the mini fridge smelled when I opened it. The kitchen counter had sticky residue, the stovetop had old grease around the burners, and the bathroom caulk was dark with mildew. There were stains along the shower curtain and spots on the carpet, which felt a little damp by the window. It looked like the room hadn't been properly turned over between guests. For the nightly price, particularly for an extended-stay hotel, I expected better. It felt like a budget motel trying to present itself as a suite hotel. The staff's kindness kept this from being a two-star review, but the overall value and maintenance don't hold up. Until housekeeping improves, I'd find it hard to recommend over nearby places.

The staff were amazing, and everything was great. Our room was clean, the fridge and stove were clean too, and my kids were really comfortable. Couldn't have been happier, thanks again.

The staff were nice, but I won't be back. Right when you walk in, there's a mold and mildew smell. My bed was broken and tilted me to one side when I lay down, the AC only ran at 65 and left the room freezing, and the tub backed up. The so-called included breakfast was just coffee and snacks. They said I was in an old room because renovations were going on and the renovated rooms were sold out. I'd avoid a first-floor room, and pay a little more for a better hotel.
